As an author, my work spans two completely different worlds: protecting people in the digital landscape and writing gentle, nature-filled stories for young readers.

My drive to write Don't Get Scammed: Your Plain-English Guide to Staying Safe Online comes from a very real place. After watching people close to me deal with the stress and fallout of modern scams—from deceptive phone calls and phishing emails to high-tech cryptocurrency schemes—I realized how easily anyone can be targeted. Seeing the emotional and financial toll of these frauds firsthand sparked a mission to act as a digital shield for others. Combining my deep technical background with these real-world experiences, I focus on teaching people how to spot the warning signs and protect their credit cards, bank accounts, and digital identities before the damage is done.
